Absolutely brilliant stay! The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful with anything we needed. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the old town and close to everything but not too noisy. The free bike hire was great for us to get around to places that were a little further out of town and the kids loved the pool out the front. Breakfast was great, a choice of Vietnamese dishes and western dishes. We tried most things on the menu during our stay and the favourites were banana pancakes, Pho and the omelette. We were also given a lovely plate of fruit to finish off with every morning. The room was large and clean with a bath and shower, air conditioning and a digital TV so we could log onto Netflix if wanted. We were also provided with umbrellas for our stay which was very handy in the wet season! A very reasonable laundry service is also provided if needed. We will definitely be back on our next visit!

We only stayed 1 night which was booked last minute. We decided to forgo our 1 night stay in Da Nang to stay the extra night in Hoi An as we loved it so much. Unfortunately we couldn't extend at the The Little Riverside Hotel where we were due to them being booked out, so it was great to find this cute hotel only 50 metres away. It was inexpensive and ample for our needs. Had NETFLIX which was a surprise. It had a cute little pool to cool off in at the entrance of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed of our 3 week holiday. The included ala carte breakfast was great.

Lovely place, perfect to stay in Hoi An. - As I was travelling with a friend, they upgraded us to a bigger room with two huge single beds, which made our stay even more comfortable. - The location is perfect. You are right outside the old city. On the one hand, it means you avoid the noise and crowd. On the other hand, in 5 min walking you are in old town! - For breakfast, you can choose “a la carte” and it is made on the spot for you. This makes the breakfast much more qualitative than buffet style. One of the only place where we had fresh orange juice! - Staff is very helpful and nice

We stayed at the Villa only one night due to our tour. The room was very spacious and clean in “ colonial style “. Jasmine, the manager ,was super nice and welcoming giving us a lot of infos for our very short visit in Hoi An and organized our transfers. It’s very easy to walk from this place into the ancient town of Hoi An and enjoy the colorful cafes and restaurants along the river or have a ride on a boat. Overall a very nice stay!

Great location in a very scenic tree lined street and only a 5 minute walk to the market and old town area. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. There is really nice relaxing area on the roof which gives you a view right across the town area and is a good place to enjoy a drink or two at the end of the day. Downstairs there is a really nice swimming pool that was very welcome after a day of touring the old town.
